Who I Am
Welcome to Dr. PK Research. I am Dr. PK, a university professor and researcher based in New York, holding a PhD in Mathematics from Columbia University.
My academic path includes a bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Berkeley, a master's degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University, and a PhD in Mathematics from the same institution. Throughout my career, I have taught both mathematics and statistics, blending rigorous theory with practical applications.
Passion For Student Research
For over six years, I have guided students in turning their ideas into published academic papers. My mentorship focuses on every step of the research and publication process, helping students meet academic standards while expressing their unique perspectives.
All my students were able to publish their papers to journals.
I am also the founder of the well-known Dr. PK Math YouTube channel, where I share advanced-level mathematics problems. On my Instagram and Tiktok, I post engaging “everyday math” shorts for a wider audience just to share my passion mathematics with them.
